Cambridge Joining Technology is a spinout company from the University of Cambridge, which was founded by Dr Amir Shirzadi and Dr Rob Wallach in 2001 in order to facilitate access to the government grants and research funds available to the UK enterprises.

Later on, the company won the Smart Award from the UK Department of Trade and Industry and extended its domain of service to the companies in Europe, the Far East and USA.

We develop new methods and provide know-hows for diffusion bonding of the certain materials/components for which conventional welding processes have proved unsuccessful, e.g. aluminum alloys, superalloys, ceramics, composites used in aerospace, automotive, microelectronics industries, sensors and medical devices.
